You will walk along the river on easy trails and some wooden bridges. No special equipment is needed. However, if weather is not the best, some areas might be slippery, so wear adequate shoes. After about eight kilometers, you will reach the big tunnel. From here, it's the same way back to the entrance, so another two hours of hiking. In the end, you will be taken back to Brasov.
