Perfect half day tour to see all the sights and figure out which ones to go back to later. Bus picked us up at our hotel and brought us to the staging place with the larger bus that would take us to the sights. Well worth the time and money as we went back to most of the places later in the week.
Interesting City but very poor transport this tour.
, Jan 2020
The tour bus used had too many seats collapsing back and the stickers on the windows made viewing difficult. Botanic Gardens were the highlight but visit to Little India was a little disappointing with the tea drinking especially poor.
Take a Singapore city tour to orient yourself with popular districts like Chinatown, Little India and Marina Bay. A great activity for the start of your trip, this half-day tour introduces you to top attractions like the Merlion, colonial landmarks like City Hall and cultural sites like Thian Hock Keng Temple. A stop at the UNESCO-listed botanical gardens is also included along the way.
Great way to get a taste of what Singapore has to offer. Driver was excellent and tour guide was knowledgeable, entertaining and kept the program moving. Highly recommend! Great way to start a trip to make plans on what you want to return to. Went with my aunts, uncles and cousin (all adults) and everyone enjoyed it.
Get your bearings, decide where to spend more time!

This tour was a good way to get a sense of the spots in Singapore to visit. Our tour guide Louise was knowledgeable and had interesting things to share. They were on time and offered clean and comfortable transportation. No complaints!

Singapore Night Out: Music & Light show, Marina Bay Sands SkyPark, River Taxi
it was an ok night out
, Feb 2020
i met the group at marina bay sands gardens which there were no signs that i was in the right spot, that would have been less frustrating, then we were walked up the path and told to meet back at a certain time, then after the light show we were bussed to the skywalk where there was some issues with the lady in charge and the other lady who was trying to translate to her group what our guide was saying, it got really tense. the queue for the sky walk was pretty short but the taking of all the pictures and all made it seem longer and then after coming down after only about 12 minutes up there was another long line of trying to sell overpriced pictures, then we were waiting but never were told about a bathroom break or getting something to nibble on or even if we had time, this should have been told before we left to go in the first place then we walked out to the boat which was a nice little ride at night taken over to clarke quay where all the action was, we were told we could stay there or get back on the bus, the lady seemed to not care, i stayed in clarke quay which was all great. i cant remember what i paid but im sure it was adequate for what we got . i feel it could have been a little more personal and fun and more informative. the guide was a fast speaker and not great english. it was ok for a nite out and not knowing what to do
This tour is to three separate location highlights, on a fairly tight schedule and takes place in a crowded environment. To be effective it requires an experienced guide with good, clear communication skills and participants who have reasonable mobility, are prepared to listen, and stay close as the guide has all the entry tickets. Our group of 19 had all the above plus the guide's 3 foot pole with double red lights for added identity so the results were fabulous.
Marvel at the illuminated sights of Singapore during a night tour. Explore top attractions with a knowledgeable guide, including a synchronized light and music show at the Supertree Grove at Gardens by the Bay. Visit the Sands Skypark Observation Deck and finish with a cruise on the Singapore River.

It was ideal being dropped off right in front of the places of interest & then picked up after 20/30mins depending on our interests. One cld spend a whole leisurely day at the botanical gardens though! The 4 hours flew by on rosy wings!

ENJOY A GREAT TOUR OF THE CITY
, Jan 2020
The half day Singapore city tour was fabulous. Eric our guide was superb. He was extremely knowledge about the city as well as enthusiastic about the local culture. We certainly enjoyed the tour and learnt a lot. The booking experience was good and the overall service was very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this tour.

Very informative tour guide, Mr TC. Visited Botanical Garden with over1,000 varieties of Orchids and Hybrids. Visited China Town with the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Little India. Walked around Singapore River and learned about the history of Singapore. Mr TC suggested dinner @ ChinaTown and accompanied us to the Hawker Area for a great Chinese Dinner. Thank you Mr TC for a great day!

The tour guide gave it a 100%. He was personal and very informative. This was best tour I have ever had on Viator and worth every penny. He was promptat pick up and spent all his time with us on a one to one basis The tour is 10 times better than the other tours offered . I would assure anyone this is a great tour of the city
Kenny Chen is extremely knowledgeable, interesting and patient. My husband has COPD and Kenny was very mindful of that. We not only learned of the many cultures of Singapore, but got to taste great food. Wish we had more time to explore Singapore with Kenny.
I really enjoyed hanging out in Singapore with Eliza, she was very knowledgeable and personable. She took me just where I wanted to go, a few tourist sites but mostly local eats, which I enjoyed. She also was able to customize the drop point at the Orchid Garden which was a change on the fly. Highly recommend her tour!

, Jan 2020
This tour is absolutely a must for anyone who visits Singapore! We fell in love with this beautiful country and its culture thanks to this well organized tour! Our guide, Stanley, was great - knowledgeable, professional, punctual, friendly highly motivated! He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every minute of this wonderful excursion!
We highly recommend this magical night tour for everyone, both adults and children!
Although all of the venues were very crowded, our guide, T.C., and his driver were able to get us to all of the listed sights and to provide friendly and informative commentary. This is a great tour to get a general idea of Singapore. The sound and light show at the Trees is the highlight of the tour.

This excursion takes their guests to so many different places using different modes of transportation!
, Feb 2020
This evening tour is one of the very best!! Florence was great! Tour was so well organized, we visited so many different exciting areas of Singapore in one evening, including, by way of a fabulous long trishaw ride and gorgeous 40 minute river cruise! Also Included shopping time and all started with a very good dinner. Terrific!!!!
The ride was so much fun. My 'driver' was very entertaining - he would add to the recorded commentary. Lovely man. Enjoyed learning all about Little India. Great evening. Worth doing for the lights, sounds and smells afforded to an open air transport, the fun of being on a Rickshaw and learning about the history of Little India. Thank you.

Amazing Singapore City Guided Tour with Hotel Transfers
It was an excellent tour!
, Jan 2020
Our guide was excellent! She was knowledgeable, friendly and had a delightful of humor. She patiently explained each of the attractions and answered any questions that the members of the group asked. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire excursion.
This tour is nice to have a quick view of Singapore. I would recommend to skip little India stop since is not interesting. The guide that we had for this tour was one of the worst ever, he was talking about money for every attraction (this has cost so much, this so much etc) and what I didn't like was that he was too severe for the time-schedule, a group of 3 people was 1 min late and i wanted to leave them there and depart with the bus.....
Discover the cultural mix that makes Singapore special on this small-group guided tour, with hotel transfers to keep things simple. Soak up the sights and scents of Little India; stroll the streets of historic Chinatown; and savor the surreal skyline of Marina Bay. Wrap up the day with a visit to Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Singapore Botanical Garden & National Orchid Garden. Choose between morning and afternoon departures.
Singapore Night Safari with Priority Tram Boarding & Return Transfer
, Feb 2020
The night safari itself was enjoyable, but getting there wasn’t great. The bus had seen better days, the seats were not secure and very uncomfortable. The guide was quietly spoken and I don’t think the microphone was working very well as I could not understand what he was saying, which was very frustrating. He did make sure that we all understood he would leave at exactly 10pm however and would not wait even one minute for latecomers. Disappointed.
The guide we had was fantastic- helping with transportation, getting tickets, getting fast tram etc.
The issue we had was trying to find out when our pick was, since no one called us or sent email as promised.
Firstly drivers were punctual. 2ndly the priority tram boarding got us onto the tram in less than 10mins. Thirdly enjoy looking for/at the wild animals rather than trying to get a good pic as ‘flashes’ are not allowed. Finally temperatures are slightly lower in the evenings which makes the walk around quite pleasant. Must add we had a great guide, Shiva 👏
Don’t miss the Singapore Night Safari, one of Singapore’s top family attractions, located next to the Singapore Zoo. You’ll explore the jungle park on an open-air tram, catching sight of nocturnal animals in authentically created habitats. Then follow a guide on a walking trail to see leopards and other wildlife up-close. You can also watch one of the nightly shows, and you have the option to upgrade to include dinner at Ulu Ulu Safari Restaurant.
Dinner buffet was decent with selections from many cultures, but limited withing the culture. I don't like the hotel pickup system because you end up going to a collection point and then put on a different bus. Same thing with the return to the hotel. Animal viewing was pretty good with very few animals not visible.
The Night Safari was a unique experience! This proved to be an opportunity to view the animals when they were at rest in the twilight of the evening. We got a chance to see the animals close up and you almost felt like you were intruding on their space. It was an exciting and pleasant evening.
Use your skip-the-line pass to the Night Safari tram for priority boarding, and spend your time exploring the nighttime rainforest rather than waiting in line. Just hop right aboard for a family-friendly journey into the world of nocturnal animals, including lions, tigers, and leopards in specially designed habitats. Disembark for a closer look along softly lit jungle trails, enjoy animal shows and cultural demonstrations, and feast on a dinner buffet. Round-trip transport from major hotels in Singapore is included.

Three hours well spent in Singapore.
, Nov 2019
Our tour guide, Dani, enthusiastically shared an insider's view of Singapore. She gave great insights into the history of Singapore through her vast knowledge and great storytelling. We had been to Singapore before, but learnt so much more through this tour. Well done and thanks, Dani.
A 3-hour walking tour of Singapore City with a local guide. Visit Merlion Park, Civic District, Marina Bay & Singapore River on this "must-do" tour!
There was a time when fishing boats and spices lined our colonial shore. Today, we have transformed to be buzzing city teeming with history, culture and architecture. Let us take you on a stroll around the Singapore River and tell you inspiring stories of a resilient nation that fought against all odds. Some of the many interesting spots in the Civic District area include the Merlion Park, the historically-significant Padang and the neoclassical Victoria Theatre.
We loved this tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and fun. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed Gardens by the Bay. It was awesome. Bring money because they give you time to eat on your own at the Gardens by the Bay. The night show was awesome. You are given time to explore on your own, just make sure that you meet back when you are supposed to. We left one female who did not show up at the designated meeting place at Gardens by the Bay. We had to leave her or we would not have gotten in to Marina Bay Sands before it closed.
Spend an evening out in Marina Bay on this popular nighttime tour. Start your tour with a traditional Singaporean dinner then journey into the Flower Dome or walk in the incredible Cloud Forest and listen as an indoor waterfall thunders at the Garden by the Bay. This memorable tour concludes with picture-perfect views of the Singapore skyline from atop Marina Bay Sand's SkyPark—ideal for first-time visitors who want to see it all once the sun goes down.
See nocturnal animals in their element with a visit to Singapore's popular Night Safari, a park devoted to creatures that thrive when the sun goes down. Familiarize yourself with a bevy of nocturnal wildlife, from spotted hyenas and clouded leopards to pangolins and river hogs. The park includes both walking trails and a tram expedition that takes you through seven distinct geographical zones with commentary―just use your ticket for quick entry through the priority access line. Don't miss one of Singapore's most intriguing and worthwhile attractions.
Singaporeans eat out more than any other nation on earth. Find out why on this delectable private food tour, with eight different tastings at three different hawker centers in the Chinatown area. Set out at a time that suits your body clock—morning, noon, or night—then savor highlights from Tian Tian’s legendary chicken rice through to spring rolls, dim sum, and the local breakfast favorite, kaya toast.
I booked this tour because we like to try the traditional food everywhere we travel and I’m glad we did the food was amazing and the information even more, we learned so much and I can honestly say that I’m in love with Singapore. Our tour guide Yap is the best. Thanks for the great experience
My husband and I had the best time on our food tour with Yap! We ended up being the only ones who attended so it turned out to be a private tour of the city that was about so much more than just food! We learned all about Singapore's history in the 3 neighborhoods we visited, as well as current life in Singapore. It was very interesting and the food was delicious! Yap was an incredible guide. He answered all of our questions so thoroughly, was so well versed on a wide variety of information about Singapore, and even helped us make a few decisions about our itinerary for the remainder of our time in Singapore. I cannot recommend this tour or Yap enough!
Singapore is a very diverse place, and on this food-focused walking tour, you can sample a variety of different cuisines as you explore the Chinatown, Little India, and Kampong Glam neighborhoods. The Crazy Rich Asians tour was awesome!! I felt like I was seeing the movie all over again, but live! Colin was an excellent tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Singapore and the movie. Definitely I must see!
We loved the Crazy Rich Asians tour and our tour guide Yap was wonderful. He was very knowledgable not only about the Crazy Rich Asians world, but also where the books and film sit in the culture and history of Singapore and the blurry line between fact and fiction!
The tour was lots of fun, we saw so many film locations and took hundreds of photos!
We would recommend to any fan of Crazy Rich Asians, or to anyone looking for a tour of Singapore with a bit of a twist :)
If you enjoyed the Crazy Rich Asians book and movie then look no further than this private tour of Singapore, which reveals the glamorous locations used in the hit Hollywood film. While you receive the undivided attention of a private guide, you’ll relive your favorite on-screen moments and visit parts of Singapore that you may have missed if exploring on your own.
Singapore is a very diverse place, and on this food-focused walking tour, you are introduced to a huge range of different cuisines in the heart of Chinatown. Follow your tour guide through the vibrant neighborhood to see where the locals eat and learn about Singaporean culture. Sample various dishes including the famous chicken rice from the world's cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant. This tasting tour is a must-do for adventurous foodies!
I have read about the fall of Singapore & the Burma campaign but our passionate & knowledgable guide Carol really broadened my knowledge of this period. She touched on the invasion, the sufferings of the POWs & aspects of how the civilian population suffered under the brutal Japanese occupation that are not usually covered in Western books. The way the various races were categorised & treat ed was a real eye opener. Finishing with a minutes silence at Kranji Commonwealth war cemetery was more than appropriate.
If you are interested in the history of that period or have a relative who served in the region then go on this tour.
My father served with the RAF in Changi towards the end of the war, so I was interested to visit some of the places I have his photos of. Our tour guide gave an informed commentary about each place we visited. It's a shame that the Changi war memorial was closed for refurbishment (we did know this in advance). The tour concluded with a visit to the cemetery which was very moving.
We enjoyed very much the places we visited and the content of the tour, we were just disappointed with the pick-up (tour start meeting point) and tour end point (where we were all left at the end of the tour). Both were at MRT stations and we had two elderly people in our group who struggled a lot with this being there was no seating available to wait on at start of tour and cool place to wait.. I would strongly recommend a start and end point of this tour in a more comfortable and accessible area for people of all ages and abilities. One of the elderly and less mobile in our group, her father was a British prisoner of war in Changi prison during WWII so was very poignant her attending this Tour. I must admit Poh our tour guide definately went above and beyond to ensure my elderly parents got safely into a taxi to get back to our hotel at the end of this tour, and throughout the tour Poh was very accommodating to my parents.. We found Poh very informative on this tour, but those of our group sitting at the back of the bus struggled to hear what she was saying on the microphone throughout the entire tour, I think because she had microphone to close to her mouth. My children were on the tour with us also aged 19 and 24 and they found this history of this tour very interesting.
Visit the Changi Chapel Museum temporary exhibition and learn about the Japanese Occupation of Singapore in World War II during this historical tour. With an experienced guide who provides insightful commentary about this somber period of history, learn about the prisoner-of-war camps that once stood here, see landmarks like the Johore Battery, Selarang Barracks, and more!
