It would be helpful to provide digital tickets so tokens don’t need to be collected. An interactive map available on an app showing the location of trams would be good. The drivers/guides were good, particularly Matty.

The harbour cruise was enjoyable. Johnny Boston (driver) was hilarious. However more buses are needed as when we wanted get back on we had to wait. The seats were hard & uncomfortable.

Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. He went to high school in Boston and obviously paid close attention to history. We loved the "backstory" details he provided and gentle humor, especially with occasional topics that some guides would gloss over as too controversial.

The narration on the bus was informative and entertaining, but beware if you get off to explore. The map labeling the stops is terrible. It's very hard to get off at one stop and try to walk to another, even though they are very close. We tried to walk the Freedom Trail got very lost trying to find a stop. They do not give street addresses for the stops, only a star vaguely placed on a map. A new ACCURATE map would make all the difference.

It's my 1st time be in Boston. Generally, the hop on/hop off trip is fine except at stop 2 "little Italy" we were ignored by the bus 119 which was driven by; It did not stop to let us get on.

Dear Customer, plz know we provide many private charters that do not make stops…this trolley was on a private transportation or tour without stops. Signs are posted on the Non-Stop charters and it’s likely you didn’t notice it. All our regularly scheduled trolley tours must make stops as there are passengers on board each trolley that would require to hop off to visit. The tickets were too difficult to get… you should have a barcode to scan on the bus using iPhone. This is an easy upgrade for your company. The bus and harbor tour was a good way to see the city in one day. The boat cabin was foul smelling since the toilet were cleaned recently.

Hi Kenneth, we appreciate your feedback…so we do encourage our guests not to waist the time repeating the tour for the reason that guests have found themselves wishing they had the additional time rather waisting time duplicating the tour threat they had more tine at the stops visiting attractions and areas of interest. Whenever guests have asked to ride twice, we informed them to do their hopping off/on first then come back to request another loop and most times they thank us for giving them the best advice that allowed them to maximize their touring time spending it off at the stops. During your next visit with us, if you find you have the time to make a second loop after you hop off/on, please request to make a second loop.
