Our guide Norman was excellent. He was personable warm and engaging. He made the trip fun. The only drawback was we book the 9:00 tour and we were not contacted that the tour had been moved to 11:00 - we only found out by calling ourselves at 9:30. Otherwise the tour was great.
Perfect tour for first timers

Norman Was very knowledgeable and passionate about the city. And I think very happy to be back at work doing what he loves.
Either pay your drivers and guide appropriately or they should accept what’s given to them

I book d the 11am tour on Tuesday 26.10.21 It was a rainy day. We were picked up from the hotel taken to the stop and transferred to a big bus. The tour was fine. At the end every one was getting down so we also did. At this stage the lady guide was only interested in the tip for her and the driver. Everyone gave according. We were told to get back on the bus to be dropped at the hotel and then dropped at a street saying you hotel is a stone throw away. Not being familiar with surrounding we got down and realised we were nearly 8 blocks away. My friend a difficulty in walking because of back ache. It seemed as though we were punished because not enough tip. What a shame I nice tour has left us with a sour taste. I think the authorities need to look into this issue ASAP

Tour was Ok
, Feb 2020
The tour was a nice overview of the city, but I had a hard time following some of the things the guide talked about. He would mention some things would be on the map, but that those would be handed out at the end. Would have been nice to have those during the trip, so I could follow along with things being mentioned. Also, trip was described as being 3 1/2 hours long, but we started heading back with still an hour left. Would have been nice to be able to either get out at more places, as most of the things we saw we only drove by, so I ended up retracing some of the tour myself after we got back.

Fun and informative

Wow, what a day!! The weather was very challenging and that made this tour even better. It snowed a lot all day and was the storm of the year but that didn't stop our guide and driver!! Loved it! Very informative without being boring. The interaction between guide and driver made it fun too. Only wish we had more time at the food and basilica stop. You couldn't do both so I missed out on a bagel.
Montreal Bus Tour

The biggest highlight of a 48 hour trip was the bus tour; especially the absolutely hilariously clever presentation of the Tour Guide (Mr. Swan). Fascinating and well paced; lots of great info! Well worth the dough!
