Beautiful city but upgrades in technology and toilets would be appreciated

We very much enjoyed seeing various parts of Quebec City and reserving the tickets was easy. When one bus pulled away and left some of us standing at the curb, an explanation of what was happening (another bus was coming eventually) would have been coureous. Also, we would have appreciated a run down at the beginning of the journey of what the schedule would be. Our guide was hard to hear so some upgrade to electrical devices to enhance communication would have helped. A renovation to the toilets at the stopping place is also needed.

Rush, rush sand more rushing.

I would have preferred going straight to falls and having more time in the city. Roger was good but hard to hear with so many people. The whole day felt very rushed.

Too long of bus ride and too short in Quebec.

Very long bus ride for not that much time in Quebec city and Quebec city itself deserves at least two days.

We were fortunate that everything was on schedule and not much traffic. Andre and Roget were informative. Although not much time at Montmorency Falls, we had a great day at Quebec City.

We were picked up by the grey line shuttle at our hotel right on time and we left on the tour right on time as well. Andre and Katya were absolutely amazing driver/guides! We learned so much, they were pleasant and funny and it was a very smooth trip. They gave clear instructions, great visual cues to help us during free time and the drop off/pick up spot was conveniently located. My only wish is that the tour actually stopped even for just 1 minute at the Parliament, Plains of Abraham and Citadel part of the tour just for a quick picture as it is very unlikely you can return to all of those spots or ride the funicular in the busy season of summer on this one trip. That is through no fault of our guides though and overall I would highly recommend this tour and would definitely do it again! They were our favorite tour guides of the week.

Solid tour in every way

Our family travels often and we enjoy these types of day tours. This tour hit all the right notes and our tour guides Richard (driver) and Roget (tour) were both spot on the whole day. Funny and informative. We saw all we needed to of Quebec but felt we wanted to spend more time there later due to their enthusiasm and skills as guides.

Not a great tour!

The price for the trip is 120$, I am not sure if the driver and guide are paid by the company or not! because they were keep insisting that we should tip them! and also they both were looked not so friendly! The guide did not take you to much places as well! she was just telling about the places in bus and you have to see the places from the bus! in Montmerency falls, we were given just 30 min to spend, no other activates! In the old town Quebec, we were given 2 h free time and only within that time you can go and visit the places by yourself! I found other tour for 45$, where bus trip from Montreal + cable car in Montmorency falls + more time in Quebec city is included from worldtour.com! I would not recommend this for such a high price and when driver and guide keep on saying "tip us!".

Great trip but they want you to tip
Kimberly_U
, Aug 2022
It was a great trip, the driver had a great sense of humor and the tour guide was very informative. My only critique is that we were not told that tips were expected for the the driver AND tour guide. We did not bring cash so it was just awkward.

A great snapshot of Quebec
Jane_B
, Aug 2022
It was a good tour for anyone short on time and to get a taste of Quebec. The driver and guide were friendly, informative and safe. I would suggest it be made clear that tips are on top of the cost of the tour and perhaps a tipping guide, as many people come from countries where it is not a custom to tip, subsequently I did not have much money with me to tip.

Nice brief overview of Quebec City. Makes you wish you had more time to spend there.

Although we did not have guide on our bus, Frank our driver was great! I felt like we were in very good hands while in transit and around the city! Pierre, our guide in Quebec City was knowledgeable, funny, informative. Our tour was on the day Pope Francis was leaving, so some streets were closed, or in the process of reopening, leading to unexpected changes in the route Pierre had planned in the city. Changes were skillfully handled by Frank and Pierre and we didn’t miss a thing!

I'm so happy I booked this tour. Quebec City is a beautiful city with rich history and culture. Katya (sp.?) was an excellent guide and she made me want to go back and explore the city more. Don't miss booking this tour!

Good trip.

The ride is pleasant but long. Bring something to do! The city itself is very pretty. What there is to do is: admire the cobblestone streets, take the funicular, go shopping, eat at cafes or candy/ice cream shops, shopping, and shopping. Also--shopping. Cost-effective way to see this city.
