The Statue of Liberty gave me chills. And the tour was beautiful with the sun out, as it set and when it was dark. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a full view of downtown and all the surrounding areas. All seats outside were good too

Don’t waste your money
Donna_D
, Aug 2022
The boat ride and narrator were very good. We chose seats next to the bar. The bartender was miserable from the time she stepped foot in the bar. She obviously had an issue with something and took it out in everyone she encountered. She was loud and spoke to people as if she were doing them a favor. Later when she was spraying the bar top to clean up a customer stated that he got sprayed in the face and she loudly and rudely yelled at him saying that he did not. I was very suprised that this company would employ such an unpleasant person in customer service and because of this I would not recommend the circle line to anyone. This is part of the whole experience and if this is part of the memories I will have of this day then it’s not worth it to me to waste my money to be around miserable people. I can do that for free. Amazing how one person who is getting paid can make it so unpleasant for the people who paid to be there. So unprofessional.

Seeing NY In a New Light
Mary_T
, Aug 2022
The tour was to begin at 7:00 pm and it actually began a little before 6:30 pm which was not fair to those who might have arrived at 6:30. Thankfully, we got there in plenty of time and got seated. Also, we found it strikingly interesting that Harlem was not included in the tour-a Big Miss for many who don’t connect Harlem with Manhattan. Otherwise, the tour was excellent. It is a night cruise and should take place as such. Again, it ended at night and that was GREAT! other than my small critique, the tour was great!

Should tell us it is an voucher, instead of ticket. We missed the cruise at the first day. Even the worker was confused it is ticket or vouch at the first, they fount that it is only vouch when checking us in. Then we had to get out the line to change ticket. Finally we missed.

A must do in NYC
Malcolm_B
, Aug 2022
This cruise is a must do!! My family and I are very pleased with the tour it's at 7 pm so as you cruise you get to see the beautiful sunset with skyscrapers and the statue of Liberty it was spectacular! Plus it's at the end of the day so after walking all day around the city it truly was relaxing. Our tour guide Michael was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the whole NYC and the history behind almost every building in the city! Very impressive. he taught us a lot! We almost booked the other boat which was 3 times more expensive just because they provides little snack &wine and it's smaller group, but I'm so glad we booked the Circle line it was fun, inexpensive, and very educational!

Too many people, too much talking
Jeannie_B
, Aug 2022
The boat was too crowded and the tour guide talked the entire time, so we didn’t get to visit with our family. Additionally, the tour guide had strong opinions on certain groups of people that was off-putting.
