Terribly disappointed. One hour before our tour I called to find out for sure where the
office was so we could drive right to it & the gentleman said he was sorry but he was driving to Milwaukee for family emergency. We had gotten up early & were getting in the car! I would think someone could have called us & told us this. Very disappointed! This was my 1st trip to RI,

It was a bit unfortunate we had to wait over 1 hour for our tour. We contacted Justin several times during the wait and was simply told the tour guides were running late. But a whole hour? I was getting a tad upset over the delay. However, once we were able to get going, we were treated with a knowledgeable tour guide who took us through the historic middle class neighborhoods in Newport. We have seen the mansions many times, but we enjoy seeing how the rest of the city has been preserved.
