Would have loved our day but our driver left us at the first house and drive off without us and 8 others even though we were not late. Waited in the sun for 1/2 hour when another trolley showed up and picked us up. Very disappointed and certainly took away the enjoyment of the day.

Our driver / tour guide is very good. He grew up in RI so he knew the houses and people who owned them; worked as caddy when he was young. We loved to hear stories from local people. This guide is better than the one we had 3 yrs ago in the same trolley tour. Sorry missed his name- starts w R. Irish catholic and was a history & religion teacher.

The tour was great! Our driver was entertaining and knowledgeable about all of Newport. Our entire family enjoyed it. We could have used more time touring the houses. It was so nice not to worry about parking and tickets at the houses. Our tour director was very punctual.
