The BEST Historical Walking Tour in Philly
Courtney_G
, Jun 2022
This tour blew it out of the park. Our guide, Michael, was very knowledgable and super relatable. We hit a lot of monuments/buildings during the tour and it was a perfect length, not too long and not too short. Michael encouraged us to ask questions so he could tailor the tour to our interests. I would honestly go on this tour again if I had the chance. There are many historical tours available on here but THIS ONE is the best.

Unhappy with refund policy due to covid
Drew_B
, Jun 2022
We unfortunately had a family member in our group test positive for Covid the night before the tour. I messaged the tour agent and she said there would be no refunds due to inside 24 hours.
icon Response from Host , Jun 2022
Thanks for your feedback. First let me say that I am sorry that one of the kids in your group tested positive for COVID and we hope that person recovers quickly. At 10:47PM on the night before your scheduled tour, you emailed us that a member of your party had Covid and asked if you could still come on the tour. We received your email when we opened for business the next morning (the morning of your tour). We responded that per CDC guidelines, the person with COVID should not come on the tour. Even though there is a no refund policy, we notified you that you could use the tickets within 1 year. Normally there is a $5.00 change fee per person to change the tickets which we were willing to waive because of the circumstances. You then notified us "We sadly will not be back to Philly area within the next year." It is for reasons like this that we always recommend getting travel insurance. I am sorry you will not be able to reuse the tour tickets. You can also feel free to gift the tickets to someone else who can reuse them within 1 year of the original tour date. Thanks again for reaching out.

Guide was in a hurry and...
Ann_D
, May 2022
Guide was in a hurry and we couldn't keep up with her. Could not hear what she was saying. Because of this experience we skipped two additional tours we had paid for in Philadelphia. We will never go back to Philadelphia. It was a dirty town and the people were very rude.
