Amazing. Alexia & Fernando best guides

This experience was AMAZING. Pick up was easily organized with an extra fee due to hotel being in Puerto Morales. Ride was about 35 /40 mins. Fernando : The Chosen One picked us up from the front of what was the jungle entrance. The ride with Fernando to the Ranch was amazing. At the ranch Alexia greeted us and they both explained the process of the day and took information regarding the Jungle Buggy’s. We were shown how to operate the buggy’s then we went on a drive that blew my mind. So much beauty and culture in this one area. The dust was intense but that’s to be expected. Bring an extra face scarf!! The hike to the cenote was brief and beautiful. We had the cenote to ourselves. Both Alexia and Fernando were so knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and the area. Always felt safe. Fernando even kept the Jaguars at bay with his larger than life soundssssss lol. I would come back again just for Alexia and Fernando. Made my experience like a movie. I truly hope they enjoy what they do. Because my experience was definitely amazing. And I owe it to our guides. Thank you both.

Great fun! You get very very dusty but the guides give you goggles and a bandana to wear! Once at the Cenote you can jump into the beautiful fresh clear water and rid the dust before driving back and getting dusty again! Lovely small groups, friendly informative guides - definitely recommend this one, my kids thought it was the best trip in Mexico!

The tour guides Alexia and George were awesome! Very energetic and knowledgeable. The ride to the ranch and the actual tour was not so great. It was an extremely rocky trail could possibly cause motion sickness. I would not recommend for inexperienced or timid drivers.

Jorge and Alexia were fantastic tour guides. Explained how to use the quad buggy, plan for the tour and took us to an amazing cenote. Jorge even showed us a secret cave he had discovered a few weeks previous. Highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for fun and a different excursion to the usual ones online.

What a great time! George and Jose were awesome guides. Our group had a range of ages. They made sure we all were comfortable with the buggies and allowed speeds appropriate for our skill levels. (We had drivers familiar with similar types of vehicles). The cenote was a bit off the beaten path, but worth a little trek through woods. Pristine and refreshing. Bring a refillable water bottle and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty/dusty. Need sneakers or hiking sandals&swimsuit. They provided the use of goggles and a bandana face covering. One of our group left her phone behind and the van driver was able to bring it to our hotel with no charge! (Money and ID in the case were still there).The rep on the phone (Marianne)and driver were amazing to connect with, and very helpful. Enjoy !

Before the tour, we fly into Cancun and it takes 50 mins driving to Playa del Carmen where the tour is located, the company has been keeping in touch with us on real time to help arrange the transportation with reasonable cost. The minivan takes us directly to the camp ground, instead to the office, I was able to communicate with office to get this clarifies. If you are fly in to Cancun be aware of this and I hope this review will help you and give you peace of mind. On the camp field, we were greeted by Chris and Rocia, both of them are very skillful, responsive, professional, honest and good hearted staff guides through the tour, the tour is excited and fantastic and full of fun. We expected that we will be covered by dust/dirt all the way in and out, it would be a good idea to bring a small backpack for cell phone or camera, a scuff to cover your face to prevent the dust from going to your nose. A pair of aviation goggles will be definitely helpful to prevent dust from going to your eyes. Yucatán Peninsula Is famous of being full of Cenotes, there is no exception in this tour. Water is clear and it will bring the life back to you after a dusty ride! We enjoyed and many thanks to Rocia and Chris! Highly recommended.

So much fun! After going to PDC quite a few times and doing the usual snorkel, catamaran excursions, this was something so different to try . We all loved it, even the walk in the jungle to the denote was gorgeous. This denote was stunning and only 6 of us went into the water, it’s so refreshing! On the buggy’s itself, prepare to get very dusty! Would highly recommend this!

Rocio and Chris were terrific guides. They both speak perfect English. There is no chance of any misunderstandings if you only speak English. The dune buggy ride through the jungle is fun. However, when you hike down and see the cenote for the first time it is very magical. We swam in the cenote and we also jumped off of the 7 foot and 14 foot rock formation into the cenote. It is really beautiful. This excursion was by far my favorite on this trip.
