The lunch cruise canceled no one emailed me about the change. We went there to wait then had to pay 20 dollars for parking for a crew member to tell us it was canceled. Then she got a hold of someone higher up for them to get us on the dinner cruise later that night. Never got the email of the ticket change like someone over the phone told me I would. We where unable to make it. I would like a refund on my tickets we never got to do or change my tickets to a later date please. Danene Lindell 302-290-5521

We thought the food was delicious, wait staff courteous and efficient and we really enjoyed the selections from the disc jockey. The weather was beautiful with calm seas which all in all made for a terrific experience.

Beautiful view, friendly and attentive staff. Music was good and everyone even me which is rare to see me dancing. Good delicious, chicken and fish mashed potatoes, broccoli and pesto pasta. Bread, salad, fruit, and dessert. Cocktails wow yummm! I recommend
What an ExperIence!

Laughing at the used food taken from another Spirit ship to be served on our ship. The ice tea tasted like sweet motor oil. The broccoli was black. The cake was hard. It was quite comical.

Most memorable experience was showing up and having to call to find out that the cruise was cancelled. Thanks for the top notch notifications.
Pitiful Experience.

We were the first to board and yet the hostess sat us right by a pole to obstruct view and cramped the ability to use my right hand to eat with. She refused to reseat us though no one was on the boat at all. The buffet if you want to call it that was very small pieces of chicken, fish, broccoli, potatoes and pasta. Salad was really just lettuce. A roll and tiny pieces of cake. THAT is not a buffet. And The broccoli was cold. Because it took forever to get everyone seated and eating we missed most of what there was to be seen or photoed. They were turning around before We finally made it up to the view level. The last 30 minutes were the only relaxing part because despite COVID, nothing was social distanced. The tables were very close together. Too close. I’ve done Hornblower cruises before in San Francisco when I lived there and this paled miserably in comparison. It was almost like they cooked the food at home and tried to figure out how a cruise works. Needless to say they got my last $65.

Hope they don't cancel on you. No refunds apparently...
, Sep 2021
I booked this a month in advance. A few days before we were leaving, they said they had to cancel, which is fine, because there was a hurricane that week. *However*, I still don't have a refund for the cancelation and their customer service is giving me the run around. You better hope your cruise isn't canceled, otherwise you are in for a nightmare!
