Disappointed with being overcharged and ordeal to get in

The Titanic museum was well done. However our enjoyment was tarnished by firstly being advised on the web site to book on line which led us to Viator. We were charged £40 approx on line whilst a couple would be charged £31 at the desk. Secondly having on line tickets meant I had to queue 20 minutes to get a paper ticket before joining the line and waiting another 20 minutes. Frankly we felt like second class citizens by the abrupt staff even though we had paid almost £10 more for our tickets than other couples. We were then informed a cruise ship had arrived so had to give way to them. Very disappointed so be warned. Whilst the exhibition was good getting in was an ordeal (and expensive if you bought tickets through Viator on line)

This tour is a must from first seeing the enormous Goliath and Samson cranes to the immersive experience viewing Titanic through the ROV. Truly a must when visiting Belfast and would recommend this. The addition of the Nomadic tour was a nice touch as well.

The introduction to the experience telling how Belfast became such an important shop building centre put the story into context. The trip through the ship as it was being built gave a small idea of the conditions. The displays of the first class accommodations was an eye opener and the memories of the survivors was very moving.

Fantastic museum, educational and very informative. Would definitely say it’s more of an adult experience not something likely to grab the attention of younger children. The little ride inside is entertaining and so are the short movies.

The whole site. Was truly an excellent experience. Giving us the opportunity to understand the working classes of the early 19th century. In ship building. The insight to this was out of this world. As I have friends that their family's who either worked or 2 of them was passengers on the Titanic. But we must never forget them as what they want through that night.

Something I always wanted to see when I got the chance to visit Titanic. Loads of different elements to the museum which was nice but overall just wasn’t for me. Plenty of seating throughout the museum for pregnant women which was great.
