Waste of time!!

Arrived at location but closed!! No prior warning, no apologies! Why are you working with partners that work in this way?!

Hello Jamie, we tried to reach out to you over a week before the scheduled activity and then again 2 days before using the Viator chat. You never responded to any of those messages. Since we do not get your email address when you book via Viator, it was the only way we could reach out to you online. I am sorry you got disapointed, and couldn't join the workshop. We have given you a full refund for the activity as an act of good faith. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Bruges nonetheless. Titch

I did this with my 18year old daughter. We really enjoyed it. The whole group was fun but especially our instructor. She was very good at giving instructions clearly but also very entertaining. The process was simple and we left with lots of chocolates in pretty boxes.

Our family had a wonderful 2.5 hours making chocolates in Bruges. What could be better?. A fun time following the instructions from Duha (sorry if the spelling is incorrect). Probably the most enjoyable workshop to complete, plus you leave with 21 handmade chocolates. Hands on experience. First rate. I'd recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Bruges.
