We were a group of 8 people: 3 understood only English, 3 only French and my husband and I (fluent in both). The guide was very polite but shared almost no information. Almost everything she said anyone who read one page about Bruges would have known. We walked with her during 40 minutes and had one hour free on our own. After that we walked 15 minutes to the entrance of the boat ride (nice ride to take beautiful pictures) which is not included in the price. It is my first bad experience with small group tours using Viator... and I travel a lot...
