Best Birthday Euro-Trip, EVER!
, Mar 2020
What can I say, this was an awesome day trip! I was in Belgium for a week to celebrate my birthday and this was my 1st trip to Europe in a gazillion years To be sure, Bruges was at the top of my Bucket List, so just getting the chance to do that alone would've been amazing. But also getting to see Ghent was amazing'er! Viator did this all right, I gotta say: 1. First, getting tixs online was super easy 2. The meet up spot was convenient and as I'm always on Jamaican time, I was assured they'd not leave me behind 3. Our guide, Anna Hey, was awesome, I can't say enough about her 4. Our bus driver (I don't recall his name) was also very good, dropping a ton of knowledge about Brussels, Bruges and Ghent along the way 5. The bus was comfortable and the ride to and from was smooth and uneventful 6. The tours of Bruges and Ghent were excellent; too bad we didn't have as much time as we'd have liked to explore more 7. Our tour guide, Anna was knowledgeable, patient, friendly; she was so cool, she made our trip even better 8. Overall, the trip was 100!
Excellent tour

Worth every penny!

I loved Jamal's energy on this day trip. Although the weather was cold and the sun was on and off, I enjoyed learning about the history of these two cities. In addition, Jamal brought us to Cafe Rosario where I had the best espresso in Belgium. I would highly recommend him for your upcoming tour =).
Tour not as Advertised
, Jan 2020
This tour was not as advertised - we were supposed to be on an English speaking tour - we were placed on a bus with approximately 40 Spanish tourists with a Spanish guide who spoke over the buses microphone. The English guide did not share any information with my husband and I until we arrived in Bruges. I would NOT recommend this tour to anyone who wants an English speaking tour.
Beautiful trip. Best of both cities

Had a wonderful time. Great value. Guide showed us so much and had enough time to explore on our own
Bruges and Ghent 1 day tour
, Dec 2019
The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a small group so that made the whole experience more pleasant. Time in Bruges was short so either you had time for a relaxing lunch or a museum/cathedral visit but not both. More time in Ghent but some places closed early so you haf to manage your time. Bad rush hour traffic in Brussels on the way back. So take this trip on a weekend not on a week day.
Funniest Bus Tour to Brude and Ghent
, Nov 2019
My friend and I were hesitant on going on a tour but we decided to go for it and it was one of the best decisions we've made during our trip. Our tour guide was "Jerome". It's says it all. Having Jerome as your tour guide means it's going to be filled with a lot of historical information and laughter. Usually talking about history, especially during the dark times, should be sad or shocking but Jerome decided to light up the mood and add some jokes and lots of puns in his storytelling tour. What I really appreciated was that he rushed (not too much) with the walking tour because he wanted to give us as much time as we can to explore and try the delicious foods during our 2 hr free time. For example, we would walk by a waffle area but Jerome motivated us to hold in our urges, finished up the tour, and then tell us where we can do to find some affordable yet good quality waffles, beer, and chocolates. He is definitely one of my favorite tour guides during my trip. I would definitely come back to Belgium and would love to have him as my tour guide again.
Good guide

Jamal was a very good and engaging guide. However, the bus tour was a minus due to the lady speaking in Spanish in the microphone system. She was so loud you could not hear what the English guide without a microphone said. I would have liked the guided tour in Bruges to be at bit shorter. Then you would have had more time to explore on your own.
Fast and Furious

Very comfortable bus ride. Great tour guide Jamal. I advise reading the history of Belgium before going on the tour as it gives a better appreciation of the architecture. Jamal was very knowledgeable and had a lot of quirky facts. The tour goes at a very fast pace. You need to be able to walk far and fast. We did get free time in Bruge and Ghent, but not much. Wear the best walking shoes you have because it really is fast and furious. But if you don't have much time it is worth it. Ghent was a hidden gem. Vibrant and full of life. Bruge felt more like a tourist trap. However I would go back and I recommend everyone visit at least once.
