Very informative tour of a beautiful city. Pick up from hotel was on time and Florin our driver was happy to stop for photos whenever we wanted. We asked him to recommend a restaurant with typical Romanian food. To our delight he dropped us off at Caru'cu Bere which has been operating since 1879. Food was excellent with an amazing backdrop of old character with spiral staircases to the upper level and a quartet playing Romanian music on the ground level. Fantastic end to our day and a safe walk back to our hotel.

Bucharest airport pickup, private city tour, and hotel dropoff

Our guide, Florin, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of Bucharest. It was so nice to be picked up at the airport and be able to make use of the limited time we had in Bucharest. Florin drove us by the House of the Free Press, around the iconic Arcul de Triumf, stopped at the Revolution Square, visited the beautiful Romanian Athenaeum, stopped for a photo of the Palace of the Parliament, drove through beautiful tree lined boulevards (the autumn foliage was spectacular) and ended with a tour of the infamous Ceausescu Mansion. Thanks for the wonderful memories, Florin. We look forward to a future tour through Viator.

Wonderful private tour with guide Florin on Sunday. Florin was punctual, friendly and spoke very good English. It was a beautiful day and we saw many of the Bucharest city sights.
