• All confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable; however, date change or transfer of booking to another person are allowed provided that you contact customer service by email at least 30 days before cruise departure date to arrange such changes.
• Customer service will confirm your request for date change but subject to availability within 48 business hours. If your preferred date is unavailable, you will be provided with next available date. If there is a price difference due to seasonality, travelers will need to pay the difference. Please note there is no refund if you cannot travel on alternative dates or cannot find a person to take over your booking.
• The total number of travelers and the cruise cabin type of the new booking must be the same as the original. For eligible date change or transfer of booking, a new voucher must be obtained and the original voucher will be void.
