PICK UP AND DROP OFF Was picked up from my hotel in downtown Dubai at 2:15 (trip started at 3:30) because we needed to pick up 2 more customers from a hotel 30 minutes drive outside Dubai and in the opposite direction of where we were going. It meant that on our way to start the trip and return 2 additional hours where added to the journey. QUAD BIKE Disappointing as i was under the impression that the ride would be in the sand dunes and not around a circuit. CAMEL RIDE Again very disappointing as the camel ride was just a very quick ride around the car park where the BBQ was held. In fact i timed the ride and it was under 4 minutes. I thought the ride was following a guide in the dunes. BBQ The food was good and warm and service was fine.

Dear sir, thank you for your feedback. but just for your knowledge, I would let to tell you that you are not a desert professional driver so we can not give you the quad bike in open desert. as that is danger to give you quad bike in the open desert as their companies are doing the dunes bashing in the open desert so that is risky but nevermind you don't have the knowledge you are just thinking that you paid just 97USD also for your knowledge I would like to tell you that normal people are not complaining about it you are the first person who did this. Did I mentioned to you that quad bike will be in the open desert then how you can complain about it.????? but which area we provide the quad bike that is enough for the dunes bashing, you should know the value or reviews. for you this just a comment and for us, this is for a whole life. next time if you are going to review anywhere first you should know the services. and then review it. The same package if you get from our site so that is per person USD81 Per Person. we gave you in just USD97 for 2 people. we are advertising our products in markets. as we are new in the market. you don't know the value of services you are the first who gave us 3stars review. Your tour was on a different date and you texted me that you can't go I changed your date as this is not possible. I take care of you every time. and what you did. And you said you did the camel ride 4 minutes before that was 4 minutes for making to our guests I change it to 20 minutes so that was not updated in our system. the new time I will not create a special offer because of fewer prices we have to face cheap people. this is so disappointing that you don't know the value of services. Take care when you again review anywhere. we will take care next time sorry if you mind it but this is reality and have a nice day to you.
