Titantic Experience was GREAT!!!

Titanic Experience is a great museum. I especially liked the interactive displays. Our Black Taxi experience wasn't good and definitely didn't live up to the hype.

This was our most disappointing tour. Didn't think the bus was going to make to whole trip, the bus driver was sick, and the Titanic tour was so crowded it was hard to see exhibits. You are dropped off downtown Belfast for about an hour and a half in front of city hall - which is a beautiful building, but looking around I could have been in any big city in Canada.

The attractions were AWESOME the tour/tour guide itself very Blah, except for the black cab tour part AWESOME!

Ok, the attractions were awesome met my expectations perfectly. However, whereas most of the employees at Paddywagon were very nice our tour guide was nice but kind of boring and he came across as disinterested in doing a tour that day. I don't want to mention his name because maybe he was having an off day. He got on the mic and told us some facts about a few things but his delivery was not entertaining nor did he keep my attention. After doing a tour with Wild Rover Tours the bar was raised and the tour guide for Paddywagon did not fit the bill. We had to switch busses if you were a one day tour person which was fine. However, the tourguide driving the bus back was way more entertaining and attention keeping than our actual tour guide. When we got to the point in the tour where you have time to rome about he basically just put us off the bus and said be back at such and such time. He pointed out the major buildings in the city prior to us getting off and being a solo traveler I didnt feel very comfortable going too far from the bus because I did not want to get left behind or lost. The positive part about this tour is these people really try hard to leave on time and stick to a timely schedule so please be on time! This was just one tour guide out of several maybe the others are great but based on this particular tour and tour guide If I have a choice I would not do Paddywagon again.

Not as advertised

In the What to Expect area it clearly mentioned stopping at Winterfell. Had a screenshot and others on the tour said they read same thing. No Winterfell stop. Tieran the tour guide was awesome, so don't blame him. Just disappointed as that is why booked this tour.

My sister and I did the Belfast and Monasterboice Day Tour from Dublin on the 1 Sep 2018 and it was a wonderful day made particularly so with our great Tour Director/Driver, Richard. He was so welcoming, informative and just a nice person in such a role. He is also a very good driver of the coach which is comforting. He gave a very good commentary along the whole journey and also had a wonderful sense of humour. The Titanic Experience was something special when we were in Belfast. We opted not to do the taxi tour as we wanted to really spend the time at the Titanic Museum. We have used Viator in other countries and experiences have always been good. Richard has been a standout in terms of Driver/Tour Director. Karin and Sylvia

Interesting informative tour

Rory was the guide and driver. His driving was amazing as we went through downtown during rush hour in a big bus! He wasn't a big talker, only pointing out some landmarks (we knew he missed a lot because we had taken a tour the day before and took the same route and passed a lot of the landmarks which were pointed out by the other tour guide) Was a very informative tour as we opted for the extra

Rory was the tour guide and driver, which made hearing him difficult at times as he was driving and every time he turned his head he was not talking into the mic so we missed half of everything he said. We had the option to pay extra for the Black Taxi tour, which was a tour about the unrest going on now in the city, we were glad we decided to go on this, was very informative, We got lucky and got Laurence as our driver, he was excellent.

My family of seven went on this tour on July 12, 2017. Five stops were listed on the itinerary. The tour guide only stopped at two. When I asked why, he said 'Oh no, I forgot'. I asked Paddywagon Tours of Dublin for a credit 10 days ago, in three separate E-Mails and they have not responded. Also, all 17 of us on the tour had no idea that July 12th is the Protestant's parade day in Belfast. The tour guide and black cab drivers scared the hell out of us. We had no idea there were still so many problems in Belfast. Paddywagon Tours noted quote: 'the tour guide was on edge about the fact that he had to go to Belfast on what is widely considered a dangerous day'. Why in the world would Paddywagon Tours schedule a tour consisting of 17 unsuspecting Americans to Belfast on July 12th. I have very grave concerns about Paddywagon Tours of Dublin. Stay away.

It was a nice day to visit the center of Balfast but sadly it was so short time to spend there... The Titanic Experience was also a nice place to visit and then the time was ok.
