Way to see the Irish Countryside

On our second day in Ireland, we had decided to take a private tour with just our other friends to get to see areas of Ireland that we wouldn't see on our pending 10 day tour to follow. The guide was knowledgeable and told us stories to entertain while driving. The scenery was splendid. Highly recommend for an extra day in Ireland

The sights are breathtaking but to fully appreciate the tour, you need a tour guide that is both informative and entertaining. Our guide and tour owner, Jimmy Mulrooney, provided facts and fables, political history, cultural history, literary history and all with a twinkle in his eye. He does not rush you through the sites. Many companies offer this private tour. I would definitely suggest finding Jimmy's tour!

We really enjoyed touring with our guide Alan Bradley. He is very knowledgeable and made our tour so interesting. We got to see the top sights in Wicklow, Glendalough and Powerscourt Gardens. Alan was more than happy to change up the itinerary based on our suggestions. He knew the history of every location and added some light hearted amusing stories along the way. What an enjoyable way to spend the day learning about the local culture and long history of Ireland. We plan on visiting Ireland again and will definitely book Alan to tour the west coast. Highly recommend!

The weather and our wishes changed the plan, so we didn't do the described tour at all. Our driver guide Alan was able to put together just what fit us in devising a customized itinerary. When you don't want to follow the crowd or get on another bus, do this! You're worth it.

Im not sure how to rate this tour!! For some reason our guide, William Redmond, who was a very nice guy told us we did not have time to go Glendalough---which was the major part of this tour!!! We did go to the waterfall and Powerscourt gardens. Both were lovely but I feel that we paid a lot to do just these two places. He then stopped in a little town that was on the way back for about 45 minutes to kill time! We were very disappointed and feel that we were charged way too much for this tour!!! I would really think twice about using Viator again! I have recommended your company to many others and will not be doing that any longer as I do not want to hear complaints from my family and friends! Tony was a fabulous guide! Powerscourt was absolutely beautiful as was Glendalough. He brought us to a different waterfall that was off the beaten path and completely deserted. We had a wonderful drive through Wicklow.
