Unreliable! Awful!

Awful experience and ruined our afternoon in Edinburgh. Our guide didn’t show up and we tried contacting the main office number several times with no answer. We were at the specified pick up location 5mins early and waited 30mins before moving to another pick up point (as instructed by Viator.) We were told to wait as they would come soon and a further 40mins later no one appeared! We wasted so much time, with the little we had in Edinburgh as we came through for the day from Dumbarton.

Our guide, Monique, was excellent, sorting us into houses and quizzing us about all things Potter on our way around the tour.
