Pleasure with history

It was a wonderful experience. The highlands are amazing in themselves, but what added to value of the experience was the enthusiasm of the driver who also was the guide. From the beginning till the end he kept the group engaged. His knowledge about the places was good. Also the narration of the history of Scotland added meaning to the trip. I enjoyed it particularly as I love history. His enthusiastic and interesting narration about the history of Scotland actually made me google it and read more about Scotland's past. The places visited were beautiful and during the entire trip timings were maintained. I would certainly recommend this trip and tour operator. PS last-minute the whisky tour was cancelled due to Covid restrictions. But that's understandable.

Amazing Highlands Tour

Thoroughly enjoyable tour with beautiful scenery guaranteed. Shame the distillery tour is unavailable during covid but I would still highly recommend. A great driver and host who provided plenty of geological history explaining how the land was formed and also plenty of history of bloody battles and massacres that took place over the years. A tour not to be missed.

It was an awesome trip yesterday with the Hairy Coo Travel up to the Highlands, Loch Ness via Glencoe. The weather was brilliant, the stops were well managed, and above all John, our guide and driver kept us entertained. He was a star of the trip! Please try Hairy Coo if you're planning a trip out and about from Edinburgh.

It was the first time we stayed in Scotland. The tour gave us a very good first view of the highlands. Scott showed us very nice places there, typical for highlands. Scott was very funny and talkable. It was a pity that we did not understand (we are germans) all of his stories. A bit sad, that the whiskey tasting took place at 10 o Clock in the morning. Normally we do not drink alcohol before midday, hehehe. Anyway, we enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much.
