Lantern Making Class

We decided to do a cultural experience whilst in Hoi An. We came across this experience whilst doing a search for experiences on the internet. We caught a taxi from the hotel to the meeting point, which is their shop, so it was very easy to get to. There is a lot of flexibility in the hours you can choose to do the class, so that is a bonus. Nothing to bring with you on this experience, apart from a bottle of water. However, as you soon as you get there you are you are given some lovely cold fragrant tea, and there is enough for a few glasses to drink whilst doing the course. What can I say, except this has been one of the best experiences we have done. Both Len and Diep were both friendly and happy guys, who were also very patient in the process of teaching us how to do lanterns. Our finished product, looked like a professional lantern (with their help) and we will proudly hang them in our home. I would recommend doing this course to anyone looking at having an experience in Hoi An and a momento to take home with you. You are also given a little gift at the end of the course, which is a lovely touch.

Very kind Family organizing these classes, very patient with clumsy tourists, too! I went there solo due to bad weather conditions and can only recommend this class to people who would have a couple of hours experiencing Hoi an Culture without Roaming the City.

We really enjoyed this lantern making workshop. The teachers were so helpful and informative and it was so worthwhile to make your own beautiful lantern to take home. Absolutely excellent value too. We loved it, would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Really enjoyed this class. The staff were so helpful. It took us about 2 hours to create our lanterns which can be folded down so that they fit in a case or bag. Suitable for all ages.

Great to spend some time with the family, explore a new art form and have a souvenir. Just be aware that the class is over 2 hours.

Toute l'equipe est au petit soin, bienveillante et vous encourage sans cesse. Ils sont très attentifs et rattrapent vos bêtises avec humour et douceur pour que toutes les lanternes soient magnifiques ! Vous repartez avec votre lanterne et un petit cadeau et en plus, vous pouvez en achetez pour d'autres à un prix très abordable. Magnifique moment. 2 heures que nous n'oubliront pas.

Wurde sehr nett begrüßt und dann ging es auch gleich los. Es wurde alles sehr gut erklärt und am Ende hatte ich meine eigene Laterne. Würde ich jedem empfehlen 👍👍👍
