Do not use! No show!

Booked first trip up Scafell pike and the guide did not turn up. Very disappointed as we had not prepared to walk this myself! And so after a lot of help from other walkers I made it to the top. After calling the company for a refund I can’t get through and no call back after leaving voice mail. Would not recommend terrible service!

Disgrace of a company

No one showed up, so we ended up finding our own way up Scafell Pike but had no map as we thought we had a tour guide. Ended up taking a dangerous. After asking a few friendly hikers we were given directions....Some parts of the walk I literally feared for my life and had to concentrate 100% .... Just discovered that the route we did is called the Corridor Route over Piers Gill which has been known to have fatalities when people have tried to cross the ledge which has a sheer drop into the Canyon .... I would seriously only recommend this route for the pro’s 🤦🏼‍♀️ Disgrace of a company and I want a refund

I found this walk very demanding but our guide could not have been more helpful. Also I must pay tribute to my fellow walkers whose were very understanding.

Great walk, helpful guide who dealt with the different abilities of the group really well. Bonus points for fixing a walkers flat tire at the end of a long day!

I had this activity booked thinking it was going to be fun and enjoyable as described. That was far from it, the tour guide was rude and horrible to put it mildly. Just because I was a slow walker he after an hour and a half in to the walk instructed me to head back as it would hold up his plans and the other people in the group. Now I instructed him I would be able to catch up etc...but he ignored what I had to say so I gave up and headed back down on my own. I did not pay for this type of treatment or to have my activity ruined. I have nothing else to say other than that I would have been better off with the other 2 members of party going to Scafell Pike solo or tagging along with other people who were heading that way. The other 2 people in my group had the same experience and had to come back down on their own.
