Return Details

Returns to original departure point
Key West’s original “frightseeing” tour is an evening of fear and fun. It’s a chance to travel back in time to another era. This shadowy, sinister tour departs nightly from the Front Street Depot at the corner of Front and Duval Streets.

Climb aboard the Trolley of the Doomed for an experience unlike any other. Uncover Key West’s darkest secrets and hear the stories of those lost souls who many locals believe still wander the streets of this historic island town.

Your tour will travel past many of the island's most haunted locations ~ the Marrero House, the Porter Mansion, and even the Hanging Tree! Of particular interest will be the former home of Robert Eugene Otto, aka the Artist's House. There, imprisoned in the attic by Dr. Otto's wife, Robert the Doll suffered the abandonment of his lifelong companion, and his mischievous ways took a more sinister turn.

Come with an open mind and see if any ghosts appear on this frightful, fun ghost tour. It’s a ride on the dark side.

We are the Doomed

The Butcher is an amazing story teller. And the conductor Lidian was on point arriving g at each location right when the Butcher was at the end of his tale. Engaging the locals to chant at the tourists impending doom is genius!

Not scary, not worth the money

It's a neat idea but the whole trip was just kind of a joke. Not really scary at all. We felt like we wasted our money.

Needs more interaction

The tour itself around the city was nice. The problem is it can be so much better. If you have ever been on an interactive ghost tour you may be disappointed with this tour. The owner needs to go to Asheville NC and take the La Zoom comedy ghost tour. It is fun and nothing beats it. The people in the city interact with the bus/trolley as you ride. This tour can add a whole other dimension to their the tour by adding people at the stops that make noise, scenes and even interact with the crowd. If they change this tour I would do it again. The trolley is comfortable and it was an easy reservation. Hope this review helps the company elevate their tour!

I thought the ghost tour was more fun than scary. The majority of the hour long tour you ride past houses, cemeteries etc. most of the time there was little to really see.
