Great Tour Guide
Luis M
, Oct 2019
We were only in Kuala Lumpur for a few hours and wanted to maximize every moment and see the highlights. We were able to accomplish that and more with Ganeisan as our guide. He was promptly waiting for us at the airport and then we set off to see as much as we could. He took us around some of the main sites in KL including Chinatown. He was flexible enough to also stop at some places for requests we had with food and coffee which was an added bonus. Overall, great experience and highly recommended! If you can request him specifically, I would advise you to.

A superb tour that visited all of the must see parts of KL. The guide was really friendly and provided us with knowledge on the areas we visited with an obvious passion for the city. The trip was relaxed with suficent time alocated at each stop to ensure nothing waas rushed. I would definately recomend this tour for anyone that is short on time and wants to see as much of the city as possible.

The Top Ten Wonders tour was not so wonderful. Our guide arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. However, what we saw was not worth the 150 per person fee. We got picked up at 9:00 am and had a tour of the Ptetronas Twin Towers at 10:15. Just aimlessly drove around and stalled until tour. It was't more than two miles from our pick up point to the towers. Then we were dropped off at a mall. We had one hour to see an aquarium and have lunch. We walked through the aquarium in 15 minutes, but anyone with kids would have stayed longer, leaving no time for lunch. The only place to have lunch was the fast food court in the mall. Could get KFC so not real authentic. So an aquarium and a fast food court is considered a Wonder? Couldn't go into the mosque because it was prayer time. Guide should have known schedule. Then we were dropped off at the historic rail station. Walked through that in five minutes. Yes, the Tower tour and Bantu Caves were interesting, but the rest of the tour could have been skipped. Brochure said we'd stop at Kuala Lumpur Tower, which we didn't.. At the end of the day, the guide wanted to take us on some tour of tin mining, but we left early, disappointed with the tour. Again, the guide was fine, just that his accent was so heavy we only understood about 30 of what he said. Mostly I'm disappointed in the description of the tour and what we saw. Not worth the price or time.

I've had many city tours over the years, but this one definitely tops them all. Our guide was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and we had a fantastic time. We were picked up in a timely fashion and shown around the top city sights exactly as described. Our driver was very flexible and catered to our needs, and we genuinely felt cared for and that our custom was appreciated, right to the very end of the day. There was simply nothing more that could have been done to make it better. Very stress-free, excellent value for money and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to see the main attractions in Kuala Lumpur on a limited timescale.
