Make your booking in advance, complete with your London City hotel information and your Eurostar details. 24-hour service is available daily, so even if you have an early morning train or last train out at night, your reservation is secure. You'll receive confirmation and a voucher at booking to present to your driver at pickup. 

At the requested pickup time, your driver will arrive and provide luggage handling (gratuity is optional, but appreciated) before setting off to St. Pancras station in a comfortable vehicle. Pricing is for a private transfer, so it will be the same price for upwards of eight passengers.

  • CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) Procedures: As a family run provider of transfer, chauffeur and site seeing services. City Transfers is committed to your safety in the new normal and that of it’s driver team. To that end, we have implemented the following measures: • Daily health checks, all drivers will take temperature tests and check for symptoms daily before beginning shifts. We request that passengers similarly ensure that they are asymptomatic before travelling with us. • Chauffeurs will greet guests verbally instead of a handshake, they will still offer to assist with luggage but will sanitise handles after handling. • All drivers will wear masks and hands will be sanitised regularly before, during and after / in between services. • Passengers must wear face masks at all times. • The front passenger seat alongside the driver will not be available for travellers use. • Drivers will wipe external and internal door handles after every trip. • Drivers will have sanitiser (60% + alcohol) and / or wipes available at all times. • Drivers will turn aircon and ventilation to circulate external air not internal air
  • The brand of vehicle used will vary.
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
  • This transfer does NOT service hotels in the Docklands area.

  • Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with City Transfers UK at time of booking.

Transportation was supposed to be set up with "City Transfers" to take us to the train station. Nothing was set up. I have not checked to see whether I was charged the $40 for the trip. We just took the subway to the train station for $4 and got there in about the same time we would have if we had gotten a cab.

Please avoid this service. This was booked through Viator for City Transfers Co. The original booking was for a 6:00 am pick up. We called and confirmed as instructed a couple days before hand and asked to move the pick up to 5:45, which they confirmed. Waited till 6:10 on the morning of pick up, and no one showed up. It took several tries and another 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. They said that the driver had been there at 4:00 and couldn't find us (of course, beause he was one hour and 45 minutes early). They also said they tried to call, but we didn't answer. I did not recieve any calls. They did not have any other drivers available and could not pick us up. We tried taking the Tube, but missed our train anyway. Very angy. Please avoid this service.

The driver was excellent BUT I was assured the car that would be dispatched would be a van to accommodate our luggage and we got a small sedan which was totally inadequate!! Very disappointed with the service provided.
