There was very very little information provided when we purchased the tickets. We struggled so much to find the bus stops for this service; we walked all the way round London before finding a near Buckingham palace. We waiting there for 35 minutes and no bus turned up. All the suggested information centres were shut. Poor poor service. Wouldn’t recommend - bought 4x tickets and none of us got to use the service. Very disappointing

The time between each dropoff spot was insanely long and there were only four pick up locations. The worse experience was when we exited the bus at the stop near the Hard Rock Hotel to start a different route and we did not see another bus for over 30 minutes. The brown Big Bus seemed to come around every 5 minutes and we wish that we bought that tour instead of this one.

I did my research, reviewing my options and decided that the Original Tour was the service for me as I was very interested in their advertised rock n roll and Jack the Ripper walking tours included with their hop on hop off tours. I was so disappointed when I arrived and was told these walking tours were only available in the summer. I booked my tickets months in advance of my holiday. Nowhere did I see that these walking tours were not available year round. And looking at their website today, these two walking tours are still listed. If I had known these walking tours weren't available, as advertised, I could have made alternate arrangements. Finding out at the last minute was too late for me. I can't recommend The Original Tour London as I don't think I was provided the product I bought. There are other hop on hop off buses and walking tours I would consider in the future.
