    Good service. People who helped me were very polite and very helpful. I would give a 5 star but I was expecting a bigger car other than a little Toyota Vios. With our four suitcases and the two of us, was a little tight. But everything went well. I recommend them.

    I like to take the worry out of arriving in another country by reserving a transport. Everything was good in my pick-up from the airport. The only thing to note is that the driver waiting area is directly outside the airport terminal which should have been stated in the voucher instructions.

    This was a great way to arrive in Manila..no need to negotiate taxis or other private drivers who are all trying to get your business. Our driver was ready and even waited for us to shop for a few minutes in the duty free store. I highly recommend getting a private arrival from this airport.

    I recommend this airport transfer. There was a person waiting for me after customs with a sign with my name on it. He was very easy to find. The car was clean and nice and there were no issues getting to my destination. I would use them again, especially for the price.

    The driver and car were fine but we semt 45 minutes stading in not moving traffic in the parking lot of the airport. This was the strangest thing I have experienced. I am not sure what could have been done but perhaps the pickup should not have been in the parking lot. Traffic on the streets was crowded but nothing like the not moving parking lot.
