The worst customer service from the female checking tickets on the bus. No non stop route available, forced to wait 45 mins at bayside marketplace in order to continue trip to the end point.

There was no a/c on the bus. We had to sit at the top in the heat, because it was a sauna on the inside.

The most memorable moments were riding through downtown Miami and little Havana. I really loved that

Honestly, due to internet problems and bad address, we did not find the place, there are no offices and they never answered the phone, we simply could not take the tour, I hope they have how to improve customer service.

Unfortunately our driver never returned at the stated time/place for pick up. Used another form of transportation to complete seeing certain areas, and then returning back to hotel

Slow, no stops.

There is no hopping on and hopping off buses. In the 2.5 hour tour the bus only makes one stop for 20 minutes, just enough time to wait in line at one gift shop for a bottle of water. If you’ve never been anywhere in Miami than this might be beneficial for you to just put eyes on locations you want to come back to later. You are also expected to return on the same bus you left on.

Major disappointment

The absolute worst, most unorganized tour I’ve ever experienced. This company came highly recommended from friends, I would steer all away! No one had any idea about pick up locations, bus transfers, etc. Each person just kept “passing the buck” whenever we asked a question about buses, locations, or timing. Tour guide was a joke in providing information (just kept repeating the same), driver kept riding over curbs, then requested to tip the driver when the tour was finished! We were told we wouldn’t have a problem picking up the last bus back to Little Havana after the Bayside tour, then when we arrived for the transfer we asked where to get the next bus and were once again sent off to ask 4 more people. None of them had an answer until we reached the 5th person who told us that the last one to Little Havana left already and we were out of luck. So they abandoned us (our group of 6), as well as another 8-10 ppl. We were forced to grab an Uber back to our starting location. So not only did we spend $300 for a tour that was disappointing, but then we had an added expense of transportation because of an error on the company’s fault. I emailed the company about it three days ago and have heard nothing back (no surprise there). Poor customer service, poor tour, poor communication! Do yourselves a favor, grab a bike or scooter to rent or walk around yourself, save a ton of money an headache! Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone traveling.

Great Sights, not much else

Pretty decent trip, I had a problem (like many others) with finding the pickup location. There is not much direction at the Bayside stop on where to be picked up initially. Also the audio on board is hard to hear.

Okay tour

1. I got the app and pickup spot is not the same as where the sign is so we wasted time looking for it. 2. They never asked to see verification that we purchased tickets even though we offered twice. 3. It is confusing switching buses and due to their mistake we had to get back on the same one to continue tour. 4. The printed map clearly shows that we were supposed to go in front of The Fountain Bleu and they just went past one side- no construction and it was not blocked. It was the main thing I wanted to see.
