Itinerary

City Tour: Led by an informative tour guide, you will enjoy a panorama of the city covering a route of approximately 9 miles (14 kilometers). Begin at the Old Port and cycle to the Latin Quarter. Continue to La Fontaine Park, with an unusual detour into one of the alleys of The Plateau. Enjoy a refreshment stop at 'St-Viateur Bagel' and get the opportunity to taste their world-famous bagels! This legendary bakery has been part of the city's culture and of local people's everyday living since 1957. You will then continue to Mount-Royal Park, into the Victorian ambiance of the Golden Square Mile, cycle through the business district, and conclude your cycling tour in Old Montreal.

Vista Architecture Tour: See all of Montreal's famous scenic areas and architectural buildings on this 13 mile (20 kilometers) bike ride. Pedal along the Saint-Lawrence River and enjoy the views from the water. Discover Montreal's unique architectural works and culture. Learn about the historical importance of the Saint-Lawrence River over Montreal, and uncover architectural works and parks that have defined Montreal. You will cross the Saint-Lawrence river via the 'Estacade', a structure built between 1964 and 1965 to control ice formation and movements. Tour good, guide not so great
Jill_E
, Sep 2021
The bikes were great, and the amount of Montreal we covered in four hours was perfect. Mike, our guide, was so biased about the history, language, religion, politics and socialization of city and province that we didn't get a clear picture of any of those aspects. Many of his assertions were lopsided and from his own lens, while others were complete fabrications. That being said, I would recommend the tour for the great electric-assist bikes and the amount of the city seen during this longer tour. It was great that we were able to keep the bikes after and explore the island and some other places not covered on the tour. A balanced approach to recounting Montreal's history, politics, etc is recommended to make it better.

Not exactly what we were looking for. I was hoping to see some of sights and some history of architecture. But guide took us out of area and explained in OVER detail of city infrastructure and design. Wine and beer is a coupon for house wine. Gross,,,and beer was only coors. Bikes are ok. Customer service at bike shop very nice.

Hi. Sorry to read that you did not fully enjoy your bike tour with us. We will be in touch with the guide to review this matter. Beer and wine: because of pandemic situation, our regular supplier closed its doors. We are dealing with a new supplier. We will review your 'beer-wine issue " with them. Sorry again that you were not fully satisfied.

We loved our guide, Mike. He was very knowledgeable. Pace and length were great. Guys at the shop were quick and great. Only down was we booked an English tour and there were a few French speaking only guests, so he took time to translate everything.

4 Hour Montreal Architecture & City Bike Tour with Drink and Montréal bagel snack!

Our tour guide Mike was very thorough, personable, entertaining and knowledgeable. He spoke both French and English very fluently. He is a native of Montréal/Québec and a teacher by training so he had an amazing knowledge of history which he combined with his wit and logic in a way that kept everyone entertained an attentive throughout the tour. Would highly recommend this for two all who bike riding throughout the city. Most of the bike writing was in dedicated bike lanes however there were a few times when bike lanes were not available. The tour group including Mike or all theory efficient and professional. Overall excellent tour or those in good shape that can keep up with biking while touring with the group.

Disappointed
Tony_S
, Sep 2019
The guide, Rene spent too much time talking to one person and virtually ignored the rest of the group. There was very little architecture of note to see and we were in the old port area for too long. We didn’t stop to take photos of the key landmarks such as the Jacques Cartier Bridge. It was also supposed to include a city tour but did very little of that. Overall it was disappointing.

a four hour easy bike tour with lots of stops and stories about Montreal. We stopped at a food market and took a quick run through-enjoying the sights of produce pastries and more! Our time at the location of the Olympics was a blast, then hauling ourselves up over the bridge and coasting back home. The guide was so energetic and enthusiastic. A truly enjoyable morning!
