If you wanna waste your time sitting in a coffee shop waiting then this tour is certainly for you

Arrived at the pick up location and waited 1.5 hours for tour guide. Who did not show up. I did not receive even a call or text. I emailed the company asking why the tour guide didn’t show up and after 2 days still no reply. A whole day of my short trip wasted and not even an apology offered. If you fancy spending the day in a coffee shop waiting about then I would highly recommend this tour. If however you want to actually visit the slum then didn’t bother wasting your time. There are plenty of other tour suppliers on here. I’d go for them instead
