Nice to use for transportation around the city
, May 2022
We enjoyed the sightseeing aspect of the bus ride and ability to hop off and on as needed. Some of the guides were difficult to understand, due to the intercom or talking in choppy sentences.

The tour guide was great. It was to bad that because of the French quarter festival some stops were unavailable.
Not worth your time or money

Bad idea since you have to wait for the bus for 30 mins and bus is always full, no space for you to hop on ! Plus they say cancel is for refund but won’t refund. You have to call your credit card to get your money back. DONT DO IT, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

It was fun and informative. I wish we had gotten better narration for the price, but we enjoyed it. Thanks.

Fantastic way to get acquainted with a city! We rode all the way then back to the stop that appealed the most to us!!
Buses only ran from Noon-3:30
, Apr 2022
There was a sign posted at the stop that there was a 10K race impacting the route from 8:00am-10:00am. We appreciated the notice and got to the stop at 10:00am, but the first bus didn’t arrive until 12:30pm and only ran until 3:30pm. Waste of money! The bus also had no air movement whatsoever on the first floor and the windows don’t open. It was miserable.

It Was A Great Experience, We Wouldn't Of Seen Half The Stuff We Seen If It Wasn't For The Tour, Cause I Thought The Main Strip Was It....So Definitely A Plus And Its Always Great To Ride Instead Of Walk Any Day!!!!roo
Don’t waste your money
, Apr 2022
Terrible waited over 1 hour for the bus. No air conditioning. Road in bus for 1/2 hour. Got off at a stop and when ready to get on waited 49 minutes snd bus never came.
Not Full Service
, Apr 2022
The day of our tour, the city started construction which limited how many stops were available to us. We got no notice of the changes to the route and we’re not offered the chance to switch days or a credit towards a future excursion. Very disappointing.
Excellent as always

We did the hop on hop off tour on our first day in New Orleans and it was worth every penny! Our Tour guide was very informative and kept us amused whilst showing us all the wonderful sights. It also allowed us to learn our way around for the rest of our stay in this great city
