I was at the appointed location on time, but no one was there for the tour. I had the correct address and meeting place and time, but I did not see anyone. As a result, the tour never took place. I paid for a tour, but I did not receive one. I will never book another tour with you. I took my own walking tour of the Brroklyn Bridge. I demand a refuind. Michael Scanlan@rulh.us

Great trip and excellent knowledge from our tour guide. We arrived 5-10 mins late, we did ring the number to advise but it redirected to a sight seeing tour number which no one answered. Overall, worth the booking!
