I have booked this tour from Viator and went to the place. However, our names were not listed and we were rejected to join the your. Touring company, hampton luxury liner, asked me to contact VIATOR. However, I was not able to find any phone number of VIATOR and sent them email to ask refund. VIATOR gave us NO reply. I am forced to pay this tour. I am really disappointed at the attitude of VIATOR and hampton luxury liner.
