When you arrive, call the number on your voucher and a professional driver picks you up at the airport of your choice—JFK International Airport (JFK), Newark International Airport (EWR), or La Guardia Airport (LGA). You are then delivered directly to the door of your Manhattan hotel or private residence.

Travel in a comfortable sedan for up to three passengers, or a minivan or SUV for up to five passengers, then relax and enjoy the sights as your driver handles the traffic. Transfer service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please provide accommodation and flight details when making your booking. Receive confirmation within 24 hours and a voucher to show the driver. It’s that simple!

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan or SUV.

  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier

After booking and paid a ride to manhattan from NWR international airport the car driver asked us for additional money for "tolls & tips" for an amount of $ 42. Since this additional charges was not adviced when we paid the fee at Viator we feel being cheated. We are not going to use your service anymore

Awful service. Were not waiting at gate. Got rude phone call from operator, asking me all the questions we had already filled in on the booking. Further 20 minute wait for car. Also had to pay toll charge on top of the money already paid. Never had to do that before. Driver not friendly at all. Horrible start after 8 hour flight. Very disappointing as we've booked by viator 2 previous times with no issues.

Start of birthday celebrations ruined

We booked a SUV with professional chauffeur transfer from Newark airport to Manhattan when we arrived were told pick up was from different airport even though it stated Newark on our booking had to pay an additional charge for different airport, then when car arrived was not an SUV that we had paid for but just a private taxi that did not a professional chauffeur . Spoiled a special birthday celebration and still waiting to hear back from the company extremely disappointed as they have already taken two lots of money from ourselves.

No car waiting. Called and was told my reservation was for LaGuardia not JFK. I Ave a receipt for JFK. Refused to pick us up unless we paid an extra $20. Denied a refund to us. Terrible customer service. Will never use again

When arrived at JFK the car was not waiting called the office told that a car would be with me in 7 min 40 min later still no car. Flight arrived on time but was over an hour going through immigration did have a text asking to go out side as the car was waiting sent a message back stating I was still going through immigration.. I have had no apology for this delayed service or an offer of a partial refund as in total car was over 2.5 hours late

Flight details provided well in advance. No driver showed . Three phone calls made over the next 1.5 hours at which point the company admitted it was likely to be at least another hour as they had no drivers. One of my party is disabled and a 2.5 hour wait late at night , and in the rain, was unacceptable. I was forced to take a taxi.

Despite a correct confirmation, the car company had our arrival at the wrong airport, wrong time of day and then lied about having a car en route. Not only that they couldn’t find our reservation by using our phone number, email address or even their own reservation number. Horrendous.

We had to wait 30 minutes for the driver after calling. Also highway fee is not added when booking +10 dolares. Maybe an ubber would be a slightly better option.

Good communication and quick pickup. The traffic was horrible so we felt that a nice tip was in order. I gave him $20 only to have him tell me afterwards that I owed $10 for tolls. He conveniently forgot. Felt a bid deceived.

The driver never showed up. We called after returning our luggage and were told there was 1/2 hour delay. We waited, called again, another delay, they couldn't find a driver for us and didn't know how long it would be. We had to accept another ride and it was very expensive.

Waited 50 minutes and rang 3 times to arrange pickup. On the third phone call I was told due to a shortage of drivers, no one had been allocated to us yet and we needed patience. Eventually we were picked up, the traffic was terrible into the city, clearly not in the drivers control but his driving was irratic and at some points scary, he was shouting profanitiesat others. We arrived in the city more than 3 hours after landing. Not a service I would recommend.
