Worth a trip

Very clean. Animals look healthy. Some of the staff is excellent going above and beyond and others look like they're just trying to make it through the day. All in all a good experience for the kids. We will come back.

Awful, just awful

Most of animals enclosures too small, overcrowded or inappropriate enclosure for the type of animal and have no outdoor access whatsoever, how is that appropriate for the pigs who only have concrete, cedar shavings stuck in their nostrils and barely an inch of water in a bowl also with cedar shavings in it!? They dont tell you that you MUST have tokens for all food/vending and couldn't find anyone to sell some to us. Kids didn't realize the conditions so at least they liked seeing animals. Guinea pigs and rabbits had best set ups size wise but zero apparatus to climb or enjoy. I cant even think about the poor monitor lizards. This should just be an aquarium with proper fish ratio which they also do not have, way overcrowded.

Saturday: Small, overcrowded and loud but the kids had fun. Nice little exhibits in a circular format within the mall

Disappointed

Our experience was definitely not a bad one but for a new facility it was disappointing. It was nothing like they advertised. Extremely hot throughout and it made the smell really strong. If they just opened why are they remodeling the octopus’s tank? No one around to answer questions about the fish or some of the animals. Also the women’s restroom was disgusting and toilets didn’t flush.
