Highlights of Rhodes with a guide: Filerimos, Rhodes Old Town, and Kallithea

One of the best tours i've ever been on! There were only 5 of us in our group and manos was our tour guide! He was so knowledgeable and passionate about rodos and greece and the whole tour was fun and informative. The locations were beautiful and you truely do feel like you end the day with a new rhodian friend with manos! We have booked onto another tour with this company to symi island before we head home as we were so inpressed! Would definately reccomend for anyone coming to Rodos

Too long at a boring monastery and not long enough at a lovely beach area. No time for a meal and swim only one or the other. Monastery not worth seeing.

We were picked up from our hotel, the coach was on time. We found the coach seats to be very small which meant we were quite uncomfortable on the journey. The tour guide was very friendly and helpful, although we did think she talked too much. The whole coach journey the guide was talking, it would of been nice for some quiet time to enjoy the scenery. It is nice to hear some history but we felt that talking at length at the benefits of Greek yogurt for example was unnecessary. The first stop was the monastery and large cross(1hr). The monastery cost €6 euros each and it took less than 30 minutes to see. The panoramic view was amazing to see though. And there were lots of peacocks. Second stop was the 7 springs, we found this dissapointing. We had two hours to see this, the 7 springs was just a little pond off a stream. We did it in 2minutes of been there so we sat for lunch. The walk and scenery in the forest by the stream was nice though. Last stop was Kalithea springs(1hr 15), it cost €3 euros to get in. By the time we got in and the guide had finished there was only 50 minutes left, not enough time to actually use the beach that was there. So the only thing left to do was sit in a bar by the beach. When we booked it said there would be a 4th stop for chance to take a photo of a fountain, this never happened. We wished the guide had talked about the locations we were visiting on the coach so when you are there you can maximize the minimum time in each location. Overall the trip cost £35 euros (plus the €9 euros entry fees = €44), we did not think the trip was worth the money.

My sister and I would have enjoyed this tour more if Kallithia had been our first stop. It was the highlight of the tour, but by the end of the day with the warm temperatures we really couldn't explore the site fully. Christina was a excellent guide and very patient with my sisters mobility problems.

Although there are 3 stops on this tour the pace is relaxed and all the attractions offer a fab way to escape the heat of the summer. Lush greenery, bubbling streams and the stunning beach at Kallithea will offer very relaxing moments during your holiday. Make sure to take your swimsuit - the beach at Kallithea is not to be missed!

The trip was nice, both the speaker and the bus driver gave us warm welcome and kind assistance. I liked Kallitea the most.

Excellent tour of 3 famous spots. Bus came on time. Katerina, the experienced tour guide was very good and provided useful and clear information. Vaggelis, the driver drove prudently. Had the opportunity to meet Manos, the tour owner who was pleasant, attentive and went out of his way to assist guests.

The tour from start to finish was fantastic. Our guide was funny, knowledgeable and took an interest in each of the members of the tour. Very personal, the destinations were beautiful with a lot of information as well! We had a wonderful time.

What an absolutely wonderful day. The Architecture at Kallithea was stunning followed by a drive through the countryside by Yannis, our driver who kept us feeling safe even when negotiating the windy mountain roads. The Valley of the Butterflies was amazing with the butterflies in full flights. The final stop at the top of Flierimos provided stunning views and a completely different aspect of the Island. Throughout the trip our guide Mariana was very helpful as well as providing an interesting and informative commentary and background to the Island. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

Nice choice for a day trip, three attractions included. A little of everything - history, architecture, religion and nature. Our guide Marianna was fantastic, besides all she gave us advice for dining, shopping etc.,and we never regret it!
