The Singapore Duck and Hippo pass

The idea of a pass seemed a good idea. However, we had quite a bit of a journey to go pick it up. Also, when we wanted to go up to the viewing platform of the Marina Sands ,they wouldn’t accept the pass and sent us all the way back to Suntec mall to get a ticket. This wasn’t made clear and it was very time consuming and inconvenient. In summary we don’t think we actually saved any money having the pass as opposed to just paying as we went.

The Viator Company give us a false adress to pick up the Viatorpass. Also we need to drive around be Taxis. We to lose a lot of time and have problems to find the right place. Was very bad for us!

beware the hop on hop off bus

the concept of the hop on hop off bus is good; we have used these buses all over the world , However in Singapore, the busses do not run very often and I found myself waiting over 1 hour for a bus to show up...also, the bus stops are not marked so you are never sure you are waiting in the right place...I missed a bus or two by waiting on the wrong side of the street which meant an extra long wait for the next bus.... the pass works well for entry into attractions..no complaints...cabs are cheap so you can take cabs in lieu of the hop on bus ...my advice to you

I booked this online before my arrival and collection was easy, right at the airport. I was handed a booklet along with the pass with really helpful info about attractions. One downside was that some places had special booths to enter, which was a bit troublesome. Otherwise this was a great choice, I think i got my money's worth in the end

I was able to use this pass for the red open top buses and it was so convenient. Bit of delays because of traffic, but it was easy to find the bus stops around town. Their hotline was very helpful in helping me solve an issue with my pass. Overall would recommend!
