Gardens By The Bay Admission Ticket

Your are sent a download for your tickets but when we tinted it says they are Not your tickets. It was only when I tried to present them for the skywalk that I was told I had to go and retrieve my tickets from that I had to go back to the hotel a 25 minute walk away to convert the vouchers into tickets. This was further exacerbated by the fact they had not email the correct vouchers which meant a further waits of 30 minutes. I would avoid aviator and buy on the spot in future

Did not go, our cruise was cancelled.. we could not go on any tour. We plan on c9m8ng back at a later date.

The gardens are spectacular!! But the hassle of presenting what we thought were tickets that had been emailed to us and said ‘admission ticket’ only to find out they were coupons that had to be redeemed was not worth the small savings. We then had to walk all the way through the Marina Sands hotel to find the desk (Ultimate Drive). to redeem the coupons and get the entry tickets. There was no lineup at the gardens so that was not an issue even though we were there for Lunar New Year.

had a great time there with my mum. My mum needed to use a wheelchair and the process of getting one is easy and very cheap. Great tourist attraction, my mum and i had a great time going through both the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. Highly recommended.

Was a very good experience and would have been better if tickets where redeemable at the attraction ie not have to go to another location to get them.

The Gardens are amazing! The tickets were a bit more tricky than I realised. First you have to wait for the second confirmation and then in the Marina Bay Sands hotel pick up the final tickets. To be fair it does explain that on the second confirmation, which I thought were the tickets, but I failed to read it, so had to go from the admission gate back to the hotel, which is not that far. Just be aware. Paying at the door is simple too, not sure how prices compare.

Although we were advised to meet at 6.15, we were then told the Tour would not start until 7.10. The Gardens by the Bay light Show would be unavailable to us due to the Christmas Festivities there. We were taken to an alternative free show on our stop at the Marina Bay Sands, but I think this should have been advised at the time of Booking. Also we weren't happy with the delay. We were told to wander & view the Gardens but we had already done that through the day. As it was a special Christmas Eve trip it was a bit disappointing.

Brilliant value for money ticket. Best to do this rather than turn up as it is so much cheaper. Would recommend visitor to everyone.

I was not able to get the ticket from the place mentioned. I bought the ticket at entry point. Please refund my amount paid.

The domes were amazing! A must see! It’s easy to get around in, you can spend as much time there as you want. A great attraction to visit
