We did arrive 1 hour after landing but we had to get through immigration. We landed 5 minutes after the specified time. We waited about 10 minutes then called and waited another 10 minutes after arriving in the main waiting area for our driver. Our name was not on a board but on a cellphone, my wife had to walk up to the driver to figure out if he was our driver. The driver was polilte however brought us to the WRONG hotel. There are two hotels of similar names but different locations. HOWEVER, he did have the correct address for the hotel he was supposed to go to. We had to pay an extra 12 dollars with another tax i to get to the right hotel. we emailed the company and got no response.
