The pick up time before I lest on my trip (which I questioned0 was changed and with no phone or internet service, I was unaware and had to pay extra to get to the airport. Driver was great and helpful in solving the problem
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. We already informed the pickup details via email as our standard procedure. We did not know that you were on a cruise prior to arriving.
The driver informed us that he waited since 0955 but no sign of the guest. He also already asked the hotel receptionist or concierge made many calls to the hotel room, but no one answered. So we assume this booking is no-shows because our drivers have also waited up to 1 hour at the hotel.
